Delivery
The ordered products are delivered all over the country, using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order. For orders in Europe, payment can only be made by card.
The products in stock are delivered by express courier to the specified address after the order is confirmed by Miluna Maison, within 24/48 hours.
- Delivery time 3-5 working days for the Romanian territory.
- Delivery time 4-10 working days for international orders
For all deliveries outside Romania, the transport cost 20 Euro.
Orders with a total value of more than 100 EUR (VAT included) benefit from free delivery in Romania.
For orders with a total value of less than 100 EUR (VAT included) and which have a courier delivery method, a transport cost of 5 EUR (VAT included) will be applied in Romania.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the moment of taking over your package by the courier company from our headquarters on the Romanian territory, and externally between 4-7 working days, depending on the destination country.
Miluna Maison does not guarantee the availability of the products or the possibility of their execution at the time of placing the order by you. Therefore, an order is validated only when it is confirmed by phone or e-mail by us.
The Payment
Pay online using the card
Payment can be made online with the card through the platform, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code).
No additional transaction fee is charged.
To ensure the security of transactions, www.miluna.ro uses the Netopia Payments platform.
Cash on delivery
Payment will be made upon delivery by cash on delivery (Option available only for deliveries in Romania)
