The return is announced in advance, only in writing, within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the package, on the email address. Please mention the name on which the order was placed and the delivery address, as well as the name / code of the products to be returned.
Returns of products are made within 14 days according to Emergency Ordinance No. 130/2000 on consumer rights in distance contracts:
"The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract."
If the purchaser has benefited of free delivery, as explained in the section “Delivery of the products”, our company will retain the delivery tax (shipment costs of first delivery).
Customers can return the purchased products, in the original packaging, with all accessories and labels and without any trace of use, damage or wear. The customer will bear the shipping costs of the products he returns, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made directly.

The refund amount will be made in the bank account specified by you. Reimbursement of the value of the returned product will be made within 21 calendar days by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return email.
